Welcome to the special promotional opportunities that Scarlet Scribes offers.
One thing that differentiates smaller pubs from the big houses is having their librariers before major purchasers. Research has indicated that the big houses produce a catalogue which they can then pass along to their distributors and their purchasers.
Scarlet Scribe Edits offers a similar service. We put together a detailed catalogue with all the pertinent details that purchasers look for. As well we submit them to a growing list of distributors with quarterly updates. Each month we send out a one page Top Twenty as well to keep the purchasers aware of what was happening with authors and publishing houses.

The cost for authors would be $10.00 initial fee, with a $5.00 update fee due quarterly – if they update. No updates, no charge. All subsequent copies of the catalogue would be $2.00 plus shipping and handling if printed – via email $1.25.
The cost for publishers would be $25.00 initial fee for the first 50 books, with a $8.00 quarterly update fee. All subsequent copies would be $4.00 plus S&H if printed, email would be $2.50.
For more than 50 items the cost would go up in increments of 10.00 for every 15 books.
Each month I would put together a one page ‘What’s Hot and New’ Release for libraries to be emailed out – this one page ‘update’ would be complimentary.
All mailed out catalogues would be subject to S&H of course. One copy would automatically go to my contacts for perusal, this includes libraries, bookstores, and more within select cities of the USA, Canada with future expansion into Europe, Australia and other overseas countries. This tool is designed to give you maximum exposure to those who make purchases and thus get your book out in front of the mainstream public and create fans.
Upon request I can forward you an example of a catalogue for you to look at. It’s my own and has worked well for me so far.
